Soccer programs are offered in Ashcroft and Logan Lake with most soccer games based in Ashcroft. When registering, you’ll select the community where your child will participate.
MOST practices and games will take place within these towns, with the possibility of exhibition style games in neighbouring communities (ie. Kamloops, Lillooet) on an infrequent basis.

Our association is run entirely by volunteers, and parent involvement is essential to making the season successful. The $100 volunteer fee ensures that each family contributes to supporting team and association activities.
The fee is fully refunded once volunteer duties have been successfully completed and verified by your team manager. Families who choose not to participate in volunteer responsibilities will forfeit the fee. This system helps us share the workload fairly and keep registration costs as low as possible for everyone.
-
As of 2026, all parent/tot registrations will be required to pay the mandatory $100 volunteer fee.
While toddlers will ALWAYS need a parent by their side, this fee helps make sure everyone pitches in—helping with activities like picture day, garbage cleanup, equipment clean up, team management, or providing snack—all so our sessions run smoothly!
The fee is fully refunded once volunteer duties have been successfully completed and verified by your team manager. Families who choose not to participate in volunteer responsibilities will forfeit the fee.
-
Volunteer roles may include helping with team management, field setup (nets and corner flags), equipment coordination (washing game-day jerseys), bathroom opening, clean-up, and closing, garbage pick up, and coaching.
Team managers will track parent/guardian volunteerism and report back to the association, and provide more details upon request.
-
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure online payment processing (via SportsPay).
To streamline our registration process and improve record-keeping, we are moving away from cash and e-transfer payments. Online payment allows us to track registrations more efficiently, reduce administrative workload, and ensure funds are properly recorded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to make the process smoother for everyone.
-
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered prior to the start of the season in extenuating circumstances (ie. injury, medical reasons, family relocation, or other significant unforeseen situations). All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
-
If a team cannot be formed due to low registration or a lack of coaches, we will make every effort to place your child on another team where possible.
If placement is not possible within the community you selected (Ashcroft/Logan Lake), families will be notified and registration fees, including the volunteer fee, will be refunded in full.
-
Refunds will not be issued for team placement preferences or scheduling conflicts.
Teams and schedules are created after registration closes and depend on factors such as field availability, volunteer coaches, and player numbers.
